In a time of tremendous challenges for congregations and their
leaders, the mission of the Columbia Leadership Network
is to build congregations by strengthening leaders. The
Network brings people of the Pacific Northwest together
for leadership education, formation, and support.
We share these

congregations contribute to the health of
society, families and individuals in countless
significant ways. |

Leadership is a critical factor and key point of
intervention for strengthening and building
healthy and vital congregations. |

We believe leaders lead; leaders mobilize
congregations and communities to address their
own toughest and most important challenges. |

We believe the challenges are too great to go it
alone. We are building a "network." A network
for sharing learning and experience, struggles
